YOGA WITH SARAH MÜGGENBURG

For Sarah, Yoga means to connect to our inner nature and the flow of life. She took her Yoga teacher training degree in 2004 (City Yoga, Berlin); since then she has taught Hatha and Anusara Yoga and loves it when postures are perfectly aligned;  she’s convinced that Yoga has not only a strong therapeutic and healthful effect on the body but it is a great way  to connect with our heart and soul as well.

Sarah loves working with pregnant women, mothers and babies. She teaches Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga according to Birthligt/ Francoise Barbira Freedman as well as courses for mothers who are looking for a natural way of dealing with the stress in their daily life. For women who wish to have children she offers Hormon Yoga sessions.
